Wear

  • Boots you do not mind getting muddy

  • Clothes that can handle a little sap

A few farm rules

  • Follow the "No cutting" signs

Our newest trees are not yet ready for cutting. Please avoid these fields so they don't get trampled.

  • We lend hand saws

Please make use of our hand saws. This is part of the farm experience of cutting your own tree! Leave gas or power-saws at home, you can make a fresh cut with those when you get back home!

  • Dogs on a leash

And please pick up after them. Nobody wants to drag a tree through that.

Questions people ask

Still wondering about something? Send us a message and a real person will get back to you.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, beginning in 2025, Corsi Tree Farm is card-enabled! We prefer Cash or Card payments.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes. Keep them on a leash and pick up after them.

Where is the petting zoo?

Right behind Broken Stone Lodge.

How long should we plan for?

We hope you will plan to spend a good amount of time at the farm. There is plenty of land to explore, fresh air to inhale, and Christmas-spirit to partake in. The experience is what you make it. If you come the weekend after Thanksgiving, please be prepared for crowds and possibly some wait times for parking, baling, and with the cashier.

What happens if it rains or snows?

In the event of rain, the farm can get very muddy. Please dress accordingly! For snow, we will only close in the event of a declared emergency in Brown County, Ohio, where we are located. This would mean that roadways are hazardous and we want to keep our crew and customers safe! We will keep this website and our social media channels updated with any closure information.

Can we bring a stroller?

Yes, strollers and wagons are welcome on the property. However, please be aware that if the ground is not completely frozen, depending on the type of stroller/wagon, it may be difficult to push through the farm's gravel, dirt, and grassy pathways.

Will there be an ATM on-site?

No, beginning in 2026 we will not have an ATM on-site. We prefer cash or card payments.

Is there a lost and found?

Yes, we keep a lost and found box in the Broken Stone Lodge. As items are found on the property, they can be turned in to the cashier for safe keeping. Any items unclaimed by closing day (December 20) will be donated to St. Vincent de Paul.
